We are experts in products and technologies for the protection and finishing of wood and wood-like surfaces. As part of the Kupsa Chemical Group, we have the proper facilities to manufacture products and system solutions using our own technologies and components. Our superior objective is to adjust the product to the individual expectations of the Customer. To this end, we have been continuously perfecting our manufacturing process for 50 years. We also focus on continuous investments in research and qualified technical and technological personnel. Beyond this, continuous improvement of Customer our service procedures increases the quality of our services, while enabling the fulfilment of increasingly complex logistic and technological tasks.
Poland and Central Europe is an exceptional market due to its potential, high requirements of industrial customers and state-of-the-art application technologies. The Kupsa Coatings team in Poland completely understands that any quality problem in the products delivered to our Customers must be resolved very quickly. This is why we are so involved in helping and supporting our customers in any situation, including when their problem is not related to the varnishes we deliver, but another component of the process flow.
Our standards guarantee the highest, repeatable quality of our products and solutions through diligent control of the entire manufacturing process and application of the best technologies and components. This makes us some of the best specialists in the industries we support.
QUALITY CERTIFICATES
With the comprehensive knowledge of our process engineers, we are efficient in helping in most difficult and very difficult situations. Supporting our Customers to resolve their problems is a very important component of our service. This is why we developed a short and easy path of communication with the process engineers responsible for the products and their formulas. Our Quality Management Systems standards have been certified since 1998 by AENOR and by IQNet in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
PRODUCT CERTIFICATES
In connection with the specific requirements of some industries and for the needs of our Customers, we have certificates to prove the quality of various ranges of our products. These certificates have been granted by independent laboratories with great renown both in the furniture and joinery industry, and in the surface works industry. New products and systems of industrial varnish products developed for Customers using water-based, UV and polyurethane technologies in various configurations are thoroughly controlled in two stages of Quality Control. Problems with products – if they happen, they affect less than 0.4% of the products delivered to the Customers worldwide.

Our AKUATRON and AKUAFIS products received a quality mark of the CIDEMCO Technological Research Institute.
- FIRE PROTECTION PRODUCTS
These products have been successfully tested for fire resistance and compliance with UNE 23721:90.
